It’s now official! Although our latest SLS vocal coach, Chris Johnson, actually passed his Speech Level Singing qualifications back in October, the official SLS online register of qualified teachers only gets updated very occasionally and has only just been changed to reflect his certified status.

We are proud to say that all of our certified teachers passed this year’s tests with flying colours but Chris did exceptionally well, achieving one of the highest pass marks ever given for a newly qualifying teacher.

Certification is a tough process, requiring annual testing and constant study, but it’s the only Vocal teaching qualification that has these stringent measures in place and ensures that anyone who studies with SSPS is getting the best vocal education available.
