Steve Giles began his vocal career as a pupil of Gareth's at the Southern School of Popular Singing in 2000.
In 2007 he began working as an individual Voice Coach with the school, undertakingfurther training in the Speech Level Singing teaching technique with the team of top international vocal instructors who train our school's coaches to teach.
He has had the unique opportunity to study with the creator of Speech Level Singing, Seth Riggs at his studios in LA.
He taught as a harmony coach at E Minor Pop Academy for six years, and since then has also acted as a freelance vocal coach for a number of theatre schools and colleges around the south.
He has established a great reputation as a live vocalist, not only with SSPS performance group En Masse, but also with Soul duo Richmond Soul and 4 piece vocal group The Imaginations supporting such as acts such as Lemar, Alexander O'Neal, The Drifters and Peter Andre.
Steve is the co-creator of Love Soul Choir, which, in his words, is his platform to pass on an obvious obsession with vocal technique and passion for performance.
