As a live vocalist she has been in a band with Corrine Bailey Rae and toured with Lily Allen and Gnarls Barkley as well as performing with Leona Lewis, Gareth Gates, G4, Nate James and soul/jazz legend Omar.
Her television credits included appearances on Top of The Pops, Jools Holland, The Brits, Phillip Schofield’s Ultimate Christmas, GMTV and MTV. She is due to perform live in 2008 at Wireless Festival, Rockness, Bestival and Glastonbury.

As a vocal coach she has taught at a number of local performance schools including the Academy Of Sound, for whom she still tours the country doing Masterclasses, before coming to the Southern School of Popular Singing to cover Gareth Henderson’s teaching workload while he was recording The new Yazz album in 2007.

Reactions from the school’s pupils were great and she has been here ever since!

With all this experience behind her, she remains enthusiastic about continuing to develop her own vocal abilities and teaching skills, continually studying, as the rest of the school’s coaches do, the best vocal coaching techniques available.
